Mark serves as Outreach Officer for PFFI, bringing his experience in the Medicare industry and a passion for guiding seniors through complex financial and health decisions. 

Rooted in his Christian values and his belief in treating others the way he wants to be treated, Mark is dedicated to being a trusted resource and building long-term relationships. 

Born and raised in Greenville, South Carolina, he has deep ties to the community and is committed to extending PFFI’s message through local partnerships and outreach. 

Outside of his work, Mark enjoys life with his wife of 30 years, spending time with their English Shepherd dogs, staying active with pickleball, and serving his church community.
